Inner Strength Pilates is a boutique studio nestled in the grounds of Davison House, a historic farmhouse known as one of the most distinctive homes in Hightstown, NJ. The fully equipped studio is separate from the main home and offers private lessons and small group apparatus and mat classes. The studio has 4 reformers with towers, 4 chairs, 1 cadillac, 1 ladder barrel and 1 ped a pull. It also has a separate mat studio with ballet barres. 2 bathrooms with shower and changing facilities are available. This unique studio fosters comfort, acceptance and a deeper Pilates practice.
