Mat Classes are an affordable way to experience Pilates. The fundamentals of Pilates are emphasized in mat classes including efficient breathing, flow, fluidity and muscle engagement. You will feel relaxed, invigorated and more in tune with your body when you leave! Our mat classes are unique because we restrict enrollment to just ten participants, thereby ensuring you get sufficient individual attention. We also use many props to enhance the workout: the magic circle, small and large balls, balance beams, PilatesStick and a ballet barre. You can never get bored in our mat classes because they are never the same thing twice!

Please call for class availability and times. We can also customize a mat class for you and your friends. Pick a day and time that suits and we’ll do the rest! It’s a proven fact that you’re more likely to stick with an exercise program if you do it with friends.
BOOTY BARRE Group Classes:
Combining yoga, ballet and pilates with cardio interval training. You get a full body workout that strengthens and lengthens your muscles. It burns calories without feeling like it’s work!

A group class for self-bodywork. Imagine giving yourself a full body deep tissue massage. That’s Soma System. Through the use of various tools such as balls and spiky mats, we stimulate and soothe the nervous system, target trigger points, release toxins in the muscles and bring new blood and vitality to the area. You leave the 75 minute class feeling pain free, refreshed, lifted and standing taller. There are no Soma classes currently in the schedule but look out for special workshops in the upcoming schedule. If you would like to schedule a private Soma System lesson, please email me.
